Ordering & Production

Q 1. When will my order start processing?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) enter production the same business day; later orders start the next business day.

Q 2. How long does production take

Every garment is stitched to order. Production and packing require 2–4 business days before we hand your parcel to FedEx.

Q 3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—email contact@xtrendhaven.com within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll update or void the order at no charge.

Shipping

Q 4. How long is delivery?

Standard service = 7–11 business days total (2–4 days production + 5–7 days FedEx Ground transit).

Q 5. What does shipping cost?

Orders $199 USD and up ship free; orders under $199 cost a flat $7.99 USD anywhere in the United States.

Q 6. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—our premium hoodies currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses only.

Q 7. How do I track my package?

You’ll receive a FedEx tracking link by email once the label is created. Updates may take up to 12 hours after the first scan.

Payment & Security

Q 8. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, most debit cards). No extra fees.

Q 9. Is my card information safe?

Absolutely—our checkout is protected by 256‑bit SSL and both processors are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your full card number.

Q 10. Do you charge sales tax?

Apparel is currently tax‑free nationwide. If future laws require tax, the amount will appear at checkout before you pay.

Returns & Exchanges

Q 11. What is your return window?

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Q 12. Who pays return shipping?

If we send the wrong or defective item, we cover return shipping. For change‑of‑mind returns, you pay the return postage.

Q 13. How long do refunds take?

Refunds appear on your original payment method (PayPal/Stripe) 3–5 business days after we inspect the returned item.

Sizing & Custom Embroidery

Q 14. How do I choose the right size?

Check the detailed size chart on each product page. If torn between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Q 15. Can I return a personalized hoodie?

Custom‑embroidered pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing error.

No—guest checkout is available, though creating an account lets you view order history and tracking in one place.
