Welcome to xtrendhaven, the official online store of MYSTYLEZ1 LLC. We hand‑embroider premium sweatshirts and hoodies in New York and ship them quickly—and transparently—to every corner of the United States. This policy explains exactly how long delivery takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. Order Processing

Production & packing: 2–4 business days.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (ET).

Same‑day cut‑off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET enter production the same day; later orders start next business day.

• We pause production on weekends and on the U.S. holidays listed in Section 13.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Estimate

• We ship exclusively with FedEx Ground / Home Delivery for reliable, trackable service.

• FedEx delivers in 5–7 business days, making your total door‑to‑door window 7–11 business days.

• Bad weather, network congestion, or peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday) can add 1–3 days. We will email you if an order is projected to exceed 11 days.

3. Shipping Rates (No Hidden Fees)

FREE Standard Shipping on carts $199 USD and up (after discounts).

$7.99 USD flat rate on carts under $199 USD.

• You will see the exact fee—or notice of free shipping—at checkout.

4. Taxes & Surcharges

• We currently do not collect sales tax on apparel. If state law changes and tax becomes due, the amount will appear at checkout—never after.

• We do not charge fuel, residential, or weekend surcharges.

5. Signature Requirement for High‑Value Orders

• Orders of $300 USD or more ship “Signature Required.”

• If no one is available, FedEx will leave a redelivery slip or hold the parcel at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.

6. Address Accuracy & Correction Fees

• Double‑check your street, apartment, and ZIP Code before paying.

• Need an edit? Email contact@xtrendhaven.com with subject “ADDRESS CHANGE” within 1 hour of purchase. After we print the label, FedEx may charge an address‑correction fee (≈ $19 USD), which we may pass through at cost.

• Packages cannot be rerouted once in transit.

7. Shipping Area & Restrictions

• We ship to all 50 states, D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; please provide a physical address.

• Shipments to freight forwarders are at the buyer’s risk; ownership transfers once FedEx marks the package “delivered.”

• No international shipping at this time.

8. Tracking Your Order

  1. A FedEx tracking link arrives in your inbox as soon as the label is created.

  2. The link may take up to 12 hours to activate until FedEx performs the first scan.

  3. You can also log in to My Account → Orders for real‑time status.

9. Handling & Sustainable Packaging

• We charge no handling fees—labor, packaging, and insurance are built into the shipping rate.

• Each garment is folded by hand, sealed in recyclable poly mailers, and boxed in cardboard made from 90 % post‑consumer fiber. Packing slips are printed on recycled paper; we avoid single‑use plastics whenever possible.

10. Delivery Problems & Resolution Timeline

10.1 Delayed or Out‑of‑Stock Items

• If production exceeds four business days or stock runs out, we’ll email you within 24 hours with three choices: a new ship date, a free FedEx 2‑Day upgrade (when available), or a full refund.

10.2 Lost or Damaged Parcels

Damaged on arrival? Photograph the box and product, refuse delivery if damage is severe, and contact us within 7 days.

No movement in tracking for 7 days? We’ll open a FedEx trace. If confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund—your choice.

10.3 “Delivered” but Not Received

  1. Check mailbox, porch, and with neighbors or building staff.

  2. Wait 24 hours—FedEx sometimes pre‑scans.

  3. Still missing? Email us and we’ll liaise with FedEx.

Most shipping issues resolve within 5–7 business days. We update you every 48 hours until closure.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Fee Refunds

• Our 30‑Day Refund & Returns Policy offers free exchanges for defects.

• Original shipping fees are refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• For change‑of‑mind returns, the $7.99 shipping fee is non‑refundable.

12. Holiday Production Pauses

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed during these dates begin processing the next business day.
