1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside of these hours will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers & Transit Time

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted national carriers, primarily USPS and UPS, to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Transit Time: After processing, the transit time for delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

=> Your total estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days.

Please note: This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $7.99 is applied to all orders under $199.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $199 or more.

  • No Hidden Fees: The rate displayed at checkout is the final rate. We do not add separate handling surcharges.

4. Shipping Area & Restrictions

  • Service Area: We currently ship to the United States only.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. FHL Clothing LLC is not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event your order is damaged in transit or lost, please contact us at contact@xtrendhaven.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

8. Sales Tax

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws.

9. Returns & Exchanges
